One of those days + my new DIY skirt

Enjoying much of the Easter Break darlings? I'm doing pretty well, besides being able to rest, I spent the day with Penguin yesterday. We haven't been able to do one our usual "just walking around, taking pictures, and window-shopping" hang out recently. I haven't had any outfit shoot so I'm posting what we had yesterday, starting with a photo of Penguin who I think looked really cool in his blue shirt =)

Old town Taipa's pretty much where we usually go to whenever we run out of places to walk to. Consequently, we find outselves heading to the Venetian and check out shops at the Grand Canal Shoppes. I've developed this new habit of just checking out stuff and try to DIY them when I get home. Believe me, ever sinsce I became pretty serious with all these DIY's I've been working on, I haven't bought a single piece of clothing. I'm not sure if I should be glad or not though.

Anyway, speaking of DIY, the skirt I'm wearing here is my latest. I tried my hands on mixing fabrics and this is how it turned out. I'll be posting the tutorial soon so stay tuned! Meanwhile, I got inspired at Zara and Pull&Bear after the visit.
Happy Easter Everyone!

 Cheers,

Macau - the home of casinos! I've been there during christmas break with friends, great cozy little place. But I agree, not much shops there - come to HK to buy things!
