Rough Chic

Here's a more ladylike outfit to share with you all. I was in the mood to wear my snakeskin printed Jeffrey Campbell heels because I haven't done so in a really long time... so wear I did; together with my new favorite midi skirt from Seventeen, I completed the look with a parka to give it that rough edge.

Speaking of rough edge (well, on a totally unrelated note), have you guys seen the "Hunger Games: Catching Fire" movie already? Penguin surprised me with tickets to the show a few days ago and I was more than just thrilled... I mean because I read the book and I've been waiting for the movie to come out for the longest time already... and he knew that, so it was really sweet of him to get us  tickets on the first day of showing (If you're reading this, thanks babe!). Anyway, I thought the movie was well executed. They were really able to show what was written in the book and kudos to the cast director, he chose the mos suitable actor to portray Finnick Odair. What disappointed me though? It wasn't enough. I guess I think they could have put more action, or I don't know... or maybe I'm just eager to see what's going to happen in the next movie, so it felt a little unfinished. But oh well, overall I loved it. To those who've seen it, what did you think?

  3. That is really sweet! I love J.Law, but I have to say, the Hunger Games movie was too intense for me! (I'm a wimp.) But nonetheless, a sweet move. I love your skirt--speaking of sweet. The zipper detail in the front is awesome!
