Heritage 1881

[Blazer : H&M][Top : Zara][Skirt : Asos][Sunnies : c/o Romwe][Sneakers : Nike]

Beyond the clamor of tourists and local streetwalkers alike, wandering off the streets of Hong Kong has always given Penguin and I tranquility and a sense of joy. As it so does, we took it upon us to spend the weekend of our anniversary together in this corner of the world, which my seventeen year-old self could never have pictured six years ago (yes, six years and counting!). A simple celebration that consists of  exploring Tsim Sha Tsui's Harbour City further and shopping ridiculously, getting lost in the subs, eating til' our bellies swelled - to which I'd say was my favorite part, lazing out at our Empire Hotel room with drinks on hand whilst watching reruns of Borne movies, and snapping about with our iPhones and a Polaroid camera in between. There's a difference between our usual excursions here with that of spending the night without a fixed itinerary, a budget to spare, and a reason to celebrate that makes two of us feel a little high on life. Even the tiniest things make sense. As far as we're concerned, the world began when we took the 11aM sail from Macau and and ended yesterday - no better way to put how our little weekend getaway went.

In the same note, there's no better way to document what went about than flooding my instagram followers' feed. And that I did! Because if it isn't there, it never happened. And so if you look through #foodporn, #weekend, #funtimes, #100daysofhappy, and #dailydose, you'll definitely find square snaps of mine. Clearly there's no need to re-post said photos here to be repetitive... so while I show you the outfit that I wore taken in front of the Heritage 1881 - a rather bold all black white everything number which is matchy-mathcy with Penguin's, you can head over to my instagram page and check the rest out. There's also more coming soon so stalk away if you please.

See you there!
