Barbie Basics

[Skirt : Mango][Boots : Venilla Suite][Clutch : MCM]

I'm pretty sure you'll be seeing more of me in layers soon now that we're starting to experience the cool breeze of fall. But before I begin stowing away all my summer staples to give way for the much welcomed outwears in my wardrobe, I'm taking this time to make the most out of the last days of summer by wearing my skin-slash-midriff-baring tops as they are. This one here is worn with a pretty skirt that I got from Mango some time back when I was doing some impulse shopping. Never thought I'd be able to wear it "street style" seeing as it was a pencil cut and is a very feminine colour - something rather for the office and formalities and so I almost regretted having bought it. However lately I'm seeing it resonate with a lot of my plain coloured crop tops, specially clean whites that I guess even if it took a while, there's really no regrets. Finished off with a denim jacket tied around the waist and my new favourite boots.
