From the Block

Checking in with another outfit backlog from London. I had a totally different outfit planned out for this day before we flew over. But since it was freezing cold like I said I didn't expect, I had to come up with something that would keep me warm while we explored. Fortunately  I brought with me a pair of black skinnies - they're a lifesaver, styling-wise since they go with literally everything. So when it got a bit too cold or even when I just didn't know what to wear, I had them as a blank canvas to begin with.

I was inspired by all the colours of this vibrant neighbourhood we stayed at in East London called Shoreditch - the novelty stores and walls covered with artsy poster, stickers, and of course blatant street art. I have a soft spot for street art you see. And because I'm inclined to wear something comfortable yet cool; something warm yet stylish; something inspired by the city we're in yet still me, hence the outfit. Urban. Casual. Cool. Just the way I would.

What do you think?
