In a 2-D world

This bag is just too cute that I couldn't help myself but [try to] match all it's cuteness in these photos. I feel like I've just been transported back to my childhood days when I used to play with paper dolls and paper toys, only this time, I'm the doll being dressed up. I might have already said this in my previous post where I styled another bag courtesy of JumpFromPaper, but I'm repeating it because it's true anyway. And then again, a statement bag like this is best worn with the simplest pieces and colors to stand out, hence an outfit of black and white, with the perfect little necklace to match. It's not my conventional way of dressing but I give up some days for a little bit of novelty, especially if it came in a form of a 2-D bag.
Anyway, I'm anxiously waiting for payday to come. I know it's just around the corner but I have a long list of things to shop for, consisting mostly of shoes, which I can't seem to shake off my mind. Why is it that at these times of months, the last week usually, when I crave so much to buy something. It doesn't help either that all brands under I.T. declared it's annual 90% off sale just this week, which means every pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes on the store are up for grabs for the lowest possible price. Ugh. Bad timing. Hopefully it will last until the weekend so that I can catch up even with the leftovers. Oh well.
So talk to me. How did your weekend go?
