It's always been my dream to walk down the streets of Paris, have my photo taken with the Eiffel Tower peeking through Parisian buildings as a backdrop. But even after I had that ticked off my bucket list, I still can't believe that Paris had been real. This is the last installation from our visit to the city of lights and Penguin and I are sealing it off for all of you with a love lock.
Honestly we didn't expect to be able to seal our own little lock in the love-lock bridge. It's been demolished after all. But apparently the side fences are still in tact and people still keep the tradition going. And so like what any giddy couple visiting Paris for the first time would do, we bought our lock and did our part. Can't get any dreamier than that. After all, the best part about this whole experience is not just being in Paris, but being there with my Penguin love. I know, I can get cheesy at times.
Anyway, I hope that you all enjoyed seeing Paris through our lenses. These visuals certainly do not justify the realness and beauty of this city but I'm happy that I get to share our experience with you.
Until our next Parisian trip!
(or the next destination in my upcoming post...)
