Hola from Barcelona!

Hola from Barcelona! I'm so excited to be here for a good few days with Pierre and his family. I'm not sure if I mentioned it anywhere here before but we're here to attend Pierre's cousin's wedding. Actually - was, since thew wedding's already finished by the time ya'll are reading this. I'll tell you more about it in a future post but for now, let me update you real quick with these visuals.

I am living for the apartment that we are currently staying at in Ronda Sant Perre - it's very close to Placa Catalunya and the shopping districts around here so that's pretty much what we did on our first day. Anyway, if you can't tell already, these visuals were taken in our very own apartment terrace. The sun rays light our rooms through huge wooden doors that opens up to this open terrace with a view of the main streets below. I've always thought this is the kind of setting I'd like to see myself in Paris but you know what, I don't mind it being in Barca. It's such a beautiful sight to wake up to. The moment Pierre saw this area, he immediately knew I'd take a liking and a photo op is mandatory. So that's what we did one morning before we went on with our day.

We're running on a pretty tight schedule here given the activities we want to cram up into such a short stay in between the preparations for the wedding. Count in the time of having to wait considering the number of people we have in our party and we pretty much have very little time left to really do what we usually do when Pierre and I travel on our own, and that's take lots of photos and film.

That being said, I'm not even sure if I can make a decent VLOG out of our stay here (and our upcoming destinations). But I will try my very best to record as much as I can.

In the meantime, let's live through these images and bask underneath the beautiful weather of Barcelona.
