Amsterdam
2023
I asked Pierre where he wanted to celebrate his 33rd birthday while we were in Europe. He said Amsterdam. Say no more. I added the city to our itinerary and booked a boat canal cruise for his birthday. Honestly, we had low expectations. But this short trip to Amsterdam became one of the most memorable days of our entire European adventure.

Strolls in Amsterdam
To be honest, I've nothing much to say except what I've already said before. Amsterdam is one of the most picturesque cities I've been to, thanks to its architecture that look more like decorated biscuits than buildings that people actually live in.
Cozy Chilly in Amsterdam
Looking at these images make me miss Europe even more. Oh well. There's nothing really much I can do about it but wait for my next trip. And with my new work, I'm pretty certain there won't be any shortage of jet-setting across the globe. I'm looking at the positive side of things, you know. So despite being away from my family, I know there's so much good coming out of moving here.
Europaboulevard
Just a quick outfit post for today, taken just before we left Amsterdam almost two weeks ago.

And the travel diaries continue. This time I'm sharing with you photos from our second day in Amsterdam.
Amsterdam Visuals
Amsterdam. I can't begin to describe how much I came to love his city. People are approachable; helpful. Everybody speaks English. Ask away and you're given full answers. Say hello and you're greeted back with the same warmth and smile you gave. The atmosphere is so laid-back.
All that brown
Checking in from beautiful Amsterdam! It's only been a mere two days but already I'm loving this city. The people, the bicycles, the vibrant atmosphere... oh and the stairs! I don't know why but I've taken a fancy on the outdoor stairs of cute little Dutch buildings. If I lived here you bet you'd always find me perched on one of these stairs with a drink on hand and just chilling.
