Old School, Old Rules

First off, we're safe and sound, thanks to heaven. If you wonder why I say this, it's because Macau just experienced the strongest typhoon ever, and it was scary to say the least. But I won't dwell on that too much despite my tendency to always start my updates by talking about the weather. Just to put it out there, we're all good.

Anyway, this outfit is a part of my "Styling Dad Sneakers" lookbook video, which is already on YouTube, uploaded last week, and I just wanted to complete the series by publishing this last look. My editorial calendar is a bit messed up at the moment because I have so much content prepared, but lack the enthusiasm to write on most days. Will you forgive me if I just start publishing photos without any accompanying text? <Insert sweaty emojis here>. But I digress. Of course, I'm to highlight the pair of sneakers I'm wearing here, which I call the Air Max Tn Plus "silver bullet" version of the Air Max 95. It's one of the first "dad sneakers" I bought before I got so hooked, and all I wanted to buy were these ugly shoes. I hunted them down in Seoul and thankfully found 'em in Kasina. They're kind of worn out now, and the hype has died down on Air Max's, but I still love them to bits to this day.

In life notes, days are moving pretty slowly as of late. And I'm not surprised. This usually happens when I'm waiting for certain events to happen, and nothing is distracting my attention away from waiting. Given that I'm impatient by nature, this feeling completely sucks for me. I just want to drag the days forward.

But you know what, I'll try to busy myself. I lost my momentum for a minute, got caught up with Netflix and chill, which is OK in my opinion, given that all I talk about is enjoying this break, but never really took it to heart, as I still busied myself with personal projects and trips here and there. So yes, that's what I've been doing for the past couple of days. But here's to getting back on track and being productive.
