Identity Crisis

Sometimes, I believe I'm experiencing an identity crisis. At some point, we all go through that but in my case, it's like an allergy that keeps coming back every now and then. I'm not serious of course, but considering my outfits, you'll probably agree with me. Last entry, I was was donning pastel in a very feminine way; a complete contrast to this  somewhat grunge look. And then I can never decide which side am I really more into, because I take influence from so many different things, people, places, etc. It's safe to say that I don't have a specific style, and if you've been with this blog since the beginning, you know that already. I don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing (and I might have mentioned that already before). I do know however, that I'm comfortable with these clothes, that's what matters right? But tell me, does any of you ever go through this kind of situation when you just can't decide what style do you actually consider yourself to have, or is it just me? Because certainly, I can never pin point what particular style I have.

Cheers, Carla

  1. I go through that a lot, some days I'm wearing a floral skirt with heels and the next my converse with tights and ripped denim shorts. I don't know if is an Identity crisis but I enjoy both combat boots and heels, maybe you can find a way to mix both :) I love this outfit, you look great as usual :)

  2. I understand what you're going through I find myself in that position plenty regardless you always look great maybe you can create your own style more of a developed original style of versatility and find one commonality among all your looks

  3. I thougt I was the only one feeling like that! I just can't decide which style I like best or feel most comfortable in, I like both the supertrendychic-style and the superpreppybuttondownshirtandskirt-style (think Rachel Berry from Glee).

  11. Part of the fun of fashion is not having to stick to just one style - this is fabulous, edgy look for every day, but your last look was fun, pretty and girlie. And both can be your style :) Love your boots!
